Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 60 years; 2. It is planned to perform cardiac surgery under general anesthesia of tracheal intubation: heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass, valvuloplasty under cardiopulmonary bypass, coronary artery bypass under cardiopulmonary bypass, and cardiopulmonary bypass combined with heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass; 3. Enter ICU after surgery; 4. Planned hospital stay more than 24 h after surgery; 5. Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery or trauma patients; 2. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 1 fall history in the past 6 months; 9. Patients who are unlikely to survive for more than 24 hours.
