Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years, regardless of gender; 2. HFpEF complies with the 2018 guidelines for heart failure in China Diagnostic criteria; 3. The cardiac function class (NYHA classification) belong to the II - IV; 4. Serum nt-probnp content >= 450pg/ml; 5. The chronic renal failure stage meets the KDIGO criteria proposed by the American kidney disease foundation: the estimated glomerular filtration rate is less than <15ml/ (min·1.73m2) (simplified MDRD formula). 6. Patients receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis for the first time in our hospital. If patients received two types of dialysis treatment simultaneously or successively, the first treatment lasting more than 6 months was included in the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor patients, hematopoietic system diseases, severe neuroendocrine system diseases and mental patients. 2. Severe malnutrition such as serum albumin < 20 g/L, and recent malignant cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events such as myocardial infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. 3. Valvular valvular disease with left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, myocarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restricted cardiomyopathy, large aneurysm, arterial dissection, congenital heart disease, and significant hemodynamic changes without repair.
