Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pre-school children 2-5 years old; 2.ASA status I-II; 3.Who are scheduled to undergo adenoidectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of children's guardian; 2. Patient with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS); 3. Infection of upper respiratory tract within 1 month; 4. Mental disorder; 5. Dysgnosia; 6. Allergy to medicines used in this trial.
