Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. 1. Aged <= 75 years; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed and suspected coronavirus pneumonia; 3. Willing and able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without any clinical or chest imaging manifestations; 2. Those with severe nasal diseases affecting the sampling; 3. Inability to understand or follow research protocols for severe mental illness; 4. Invasive ventilation with endotracheal intubation.
