Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring primary total hip arthroplasty due to severe hip osteoarthritis, femoral head necrosis, and secondary osteoarthritis due to developmental hip dysplasia; 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 3. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) I to III level; 4. Body mass index is between 20 and 28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the drugs used in the experiment; 2. Language barrier and inability to complete a variety of questionnaire scoring; 3. Neuropathy of the limbs on the surgical side; 4. Mentally ill; 5. One-stage bilateral total hip arthroplasty; 6. Severe osteoporosis; 7. A history of hip surgery prior to the initial replacement; 8. The disease was caused by osteoarthritis secondary to hip joint infection; 9. A patient with a broad ilium wing or a defect in the posterior wall of the acetabulum.
