18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The relationship between donor and acceptor is limited to spouse, immediate relatives, and relatives within three generations; 2. ASA physical status 80ml / (min·1.73m2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetics with poor glycemic control; 2. Severe hypertension, heart disease, mental illness; 3. Combined kidney disease; 4. Systemic acute infectious diseases, urinary tract stones; 5. Cancer patients.
