Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 2-3, age 18-65 years old, sinus rhythm, Hb>10g/dl, plan to have STA-MCA bypass surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sinus bradycardia, uncontrolled hyperblood pressure, ie SBP>160mmHg, coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, hepatic or renal disfunction.
