Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patinets scheduled for endvacular treatment in neurosurgery and sign their informed consents; 2. ASA II-III; 3. Aged>18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There were long-term drinking history, neurological,muscle and endocrine system disease hietory,mental system disease history; 2. Skin infection or defect in frontotemporal that affect the monitoring; 3. Long-term hietory of antimelancholy and antianxiety and orther neuropsychotic drugs; 4. With important organ dysfunction,such as liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients who could not successfully complete emental function test before opeeration; 6. Intracranial hemorrhage from varioue causes; 7. Maligant tumor; 8. Acute or chronic infectious disease; 9. Verbal communication and dyslexia; 10. Refusal to sign informed consent.
