Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Excessive capacity load: Patients who maintain hemodialysis or acute renal failure with congestive heart failure and acute pulmonary edema; When oliguria is needed and a lot of fluid is needed, such as TPN or various medications; Chronic edema, such as ascites, renal edema; 2. Clear solute: Acute renal failure with cardiovascular dysfunction; Acute renal failure with cerebral edema; Acute renal failure with high catabolism; Acute renal failure with comorbidities; Need for intravenous nutrition. 3. Acid-base and electrolyte disorders: Metabolic acidosis; Metabolic alkalosis; Hypernatremia or hyponatremia; Hyperkalemia or hypokalemia. 4. Non-kidney diseases: Acute necrotizing pancreatitis; Crush syndrome; Cardiopulmonary bypass; Drug or poisoning, hepatic encephalopathy; Cooling, rewarming.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 75 years; 2. Patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and active bleeding who cannot use heparin anticoagulant; 3. Unable to establish appropriate vascular access, poor pipelines, and unstable blood flow.
