10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged above 10 years; 2. Risser 0-5; 3. Scolitic Cobb angle 25 - 50 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diagnosis related with scoliosis rather than AIS; 2. Post-op scoliosis; 3. Showed contraindications for taking exercise; 4. Mental disorders; 5. Recent trauma; 6. Recent mental issue.
