Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma diagnosed by Beijing Tongren Hospital (including BEST-1 diseases, retinopathy of prematurity, retinitis pigmentosa, permanent primitive vitreous hyperplasia, retinoschisis, mucopolysaccharide diseases and other non-acquired eye and systemic diseases); 2. Aged < 50 years; 3. Good mental and physical foundation; 4. Volunteer to participate in research and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Angle-closure glaucoma without developmental factors involved in the onset, including: uveitis secondary glaucoma, neovascular glaucoma, traumatic glaucoma, and lens dislocation secondary angle-closure glaucoma, Fuchs syndrome, Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy secondary glaucoma, intraocular tumor secondary angle-closure glaucoma, secondary angle closure of the eye after surgery, ICE syndrome. 2. With serious eye trauma.
