Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Second-grade primary school students, male or female; 2. Good general health state; 3. At least having one first permanent molar with an ICDAS score of 3, and is completely erupted. 4. Deep pits and fissures and are completely exposed to the mouth; 5. Be able to participate in clinical research for a period of 24 months, with the ability and willingness to follow the research procedures required by the research protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Using or in need of antibiotics/Chinese herbal medicines during screening; 2. Children who are known or suspected to be allergic or intolerant to the materials or ingredients used; 3. Researchers believe that their general and oral conditions are not suitable for patients participating in this study (such as low grade of open mouth, obvious pharyngeal reflex, poor coordination, etc.); 4. Teeth have enamel hypoplasia, fluorosis, or tetracycline teeth; 5. Abnormal occlusal function, sleep bruxism, or clenching teeth.
