Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing to participate this study and sign up the informed consent form; 2. Hip fracture (AO type 31 B1-B3)confirmed by X-ray; 3. Aged between 65-105 years old; 4. Males or females; 5. Have a history of injury; 6. Able to rehabilitate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture other than primary osteoporosis; 2. Periprosthetic fracture; 3. Multiple trauma; 4. Open fracture; 5. Combined with nerve or blood vessel injury of limbs; 6. Patients unable to tolerate surgical treatment after assessment; 7. Patients with delayed surgery due to medical conditions such as new diseases or aggravation of original diseases after injury; 8. Patients with poor compliance and expected inability to complete follow-up; 9. Incapable of rehabilitation due to severe cognitive impairment; 10. Incapable of rehabilitation due to pre-existing physical restrictions; 11. Concomitant traumatic comorbidities restricting long-term rehabilitation.
