Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnosis criteria of mixed hemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal fissure and perianal abscess in the guide for diagnosis and treatment of common anorectal diseases of traditional Chinese medicine formulated by the Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine in 2012, patients with surgical indications and single disease treated by surgery. 2. Anesthesia for general anesthesia, local anesthesia or waist - shu point anesthesia. 3. Aged 18-80 years. 4. Agree to use the study treatment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with two or more anorectal diseases have undergone surgical treatment. 2. With severe heart, lung, liver, kidney system dysfunction. 3. Poor compliance, or incomplete data, affect the results and safety of patients. 4. Pregnancy test positive or breastfeeding women. 5. Can not tolerate and do not agree with the treatment method of this study.
