Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Extremely/ very premature infants (gestational age < 32 weeks) delivered in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The parents refused to sign the informed consent form; 2. Fetal factors: severe malformations that affect the effect of neonatal resuscitation, the HR at birth < 60 times / min, or other people who need immediate tracheal intubation and further resuscitation; 3. All other conditions that may affect the safety of newborns can be excluded in this study at the discretion of the on-site pediatrician.
