Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with 18 to 75 years of age who have been diagnosed with NCP by nucleic acid testing and meet the clinical classification of severe NCP referring to the clinical classification standard in the General Office of the National Health and Health Commission-Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Program (Trial Version 4).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have used fluoroquinolone antibiotics within 1 week
