Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Laboratory (RT-PCR) confirmed infection with 2019-nCoV; 3. Pneumonia confirmed with chest CT; 4. <= 8 days since illness onset and hospitalization with feverat, cough, or dyspnea; 5. Willing to participant in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and nursing women; 2. Patients with severe liver disease and severe renal dysfunction.
