Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The person has logged onto the Blued app at least once in the past month; 2. The prior login data show that 90% of the login addresses in the past three months are in Beijing and Chengdu; 3. The person has had same-sex relationship(s) within the past six months; 4. The person can understand the contents of the consent form and click on the agree button; 5. Aged 18 years and above. For participants to be involved in the RCT, they will need to meet the following criteria, in addition to those mentioned above: 1) the person is willing to participate in the subsequent 12 months of follow-up activities; 2) the person self-reports being HCV negative or unknown during the baseline survey.
