Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. palpitation,The results of ECG or Holter indicated SVT; 2. AVNRT or AVRT were proved by EPS; 3. A consent form was signed before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac thrombushave a history of heart surgery in the last four weeks; 2. With other types of tachyarrhythmia except SVT; 3. With prosthetic valve; 4. With uncontrolled systemic infection; 5. Transseptal Puncture was prohibited in patients with left atrial thrombus, left atrial myxoma or atrial septal patch; 6. Retrograde through the aorta was prohibited in patients with AVR; 7. Patients with severe tendency of haemorrhage or blood system diseases; 8. Patients with malignant tumor or end-stage disease; 9. Patients with other situations those not suitable for this experiment.
