Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only patients receiving fresh embryo transfer after long GnRH agonist protocol and antagonist protocol were included. Pregnancy was diagnosed when day 14 serum human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) > 50 IU/L after embryo transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who had incomplete clinical data, female congenital genital malformation, or who underwent preimplantation genetic testing were excluded.
