Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-50 years (including cut-off value), gender, ethnicity is not limited, right-handed. 2. Body mass index (BMI)> 28kg / m2. 3. Patients with NAFLD confirmed by MRI-PDFF before randomization. 4. Fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, fasting glucose / insulin ratio, blood routine, TSH and T4 are all within normal ranges. 5. No history or past history of drinking (long-term, continuous drinking >= 5) average female alcohol intake <10g / day, male average alcohol intake <20g / day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of epilepsy; 2. With history of head and eye injuries; 3. Metal implants, pacemakers, claustrophobia and any other contraindications to fMRI or rTMS in the body; 4. Using antipsychotics; 5. Taking other NAFLD medications; 6. People who are taking weight-loss drugs or recent low-calorie diets; 7. Pregnant and breastfeeding.
