Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary high-grade glioma, which was confirmed as high-grade glioma by postoperative pathology (WHO grade III and IV); 2. Preoperative MRI examination showed that the tumor was close to the ventricle (the minimum distance between abnormal T2/FLAIR signal and the lateral ventricle = 60, 18-70 years old, male or female; 4. All patients underwent craniotomy to remove the tumour, and the postoperative follow-up compliance was good; 5. Recieved standard postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 6. Sign the informed consent instrument.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative MRI examination showed that the tumor involved the ventricle (T1 enhanced image abnormal signal communicated with the lateral ventricle); 2. Pregnant and nursing women; 3. Previous history of head surgery; 4. 5 years of previous history of other systemic malignant tumors; 5. Severe cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
