Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic liver resection with low central venous pressure. 2. ASA grades is I~II. 3. Child grads is A. 4. The patients age range from 18 to 74 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The operation method changes during the procedure: transfer laparotomy; 2. There is a intra-operative sustained hemorrhage, CLCVP technique can not be performed, or can not keep the blood pressure maintained by a single test vasoconstrictor; 3. There exists any Cardio-cerebrovascular disease: cardiac function grades III~IV, echocardiographic indicates LEVF< 50% or patients with moderate and severe valve regurgitation and preoperative arrhythmia; Severe cerebrovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension; 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. The patient who is allergic to the test drug.
