Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Analysis of the correlation between aging-related thyroid hormone levels and ApoE4 levels in peripheral blood exosomes. standard constrain: 1) for healthy subjects; 2) Adults aged 20-55 years, regardless of gender. 3) Elderly men and women aged 56 years and over. 2. To analyze the correlation between senile hypothyroidism and ApoE4 level and cognitive function in exosomes. standard constrain: Case group: 1) Patients with primary hypothyroidism (patients diagnosed with primary hypothyroidism after examination of serum thyroid-related hormones, etc.); 2) Aged >= 56 years, regardless of gender. Control group: 1) for healthy subjects; 2) Aged 20-55 years, not limited to men and women. 3. To detect the effect of thyroid hormone on ApoE4 level in exosomes and cognitive function. standard constrain: 1) Patients with primary hypothyroidism (confirmed by examination of serum thyroid-related hormones, etc. (Diagnosed with primary hypothyroidism and confirmed by a clinician as requiring thyroid hormone replacement therapy); 2) Aged >= 56 years, regardless of gender. 4. Examine the role of ApoE4 levels in peripheral blood exosomes in the identification of AD disease. standard constrain: 1) AD patients (confirmed according to IWG-2 clinical AD diagnostic criteria) 2) Aged >= 56 years, regardless of gender.
