18 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. visual acuity of more than 4.8; 2. no diagnosis or history of amblyopia; 3. no diagnosis or history of strabismus; 4. no ocular history of retinopathy, optic neuropathy including glaucoma, ocular surgery, or inflammation; 5. no medical history of prematurity, neurological disease, or a systemic condition known to affect the retinal and choroidal vessels (e.g. diabetes10, high blood pressure11, etc.); 6. no sleepiness during meditation; 7. C-scan images whose quality was more than 40.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorder or other reasons without civil capacity; 2. Unable to cooperate and drowsiness falling asleep or holding breath for a long time while mindfulness meditation.
