Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newborn (28 days after birth); 2. PICC should be placed in the doctor's order and meet the indications of PICC catheterization; 3. Informed consent for catheterization and informed consent for this study were signed by patients or their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection, edema, burn, etc. at the puncture site; 2. Prior catheterization or multiple attempts at catheterization; 3. There were thromboses or anatomical deformity in the ipsilateral vessel of puncture.
