Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients age of between 18 and 70 years; 2. Elective patients who need surgery for a confirmed liver tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuses to accept our study and female patients of childbearing age and pregnancy; 2. Volunteers who participated in other drug clinical trials or other anesthesia treatment trials within 3 months before being enrolled in this study; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with this study for any reason; 4. Patients with coagulation disorders or epidural contraindications; 5. Those who have recently taken anticoagulants such as aspirin and clopidogrel; 6. Patients who have had an organ transplant; 7. Patients with a history of surgery, severe complications and adverse anesthesia; 8. Patients with severe other combined diseases of the heart, brain, lung, kidney and other systems; 9. Preoperative hemoglobin < 9 g/dl.
