Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with biliopancreatic diseases; 2. The operators: according to the working years of endoscopy physicians in municipal hospitals, the number of cases of endoscopic operation, and whether or not they had been exposed to EUS, the participating physicians were divided into: (1) Endoscopic physicians who have never studied EUS at all; (2) EUS beginners.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disagree with research; 2. Have not done endoscopy before; 3. Cardiopulmonary disease.
