Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal secondary hyperparathyroidism scheduled for parathyroidectomy + auto-transplantation; 2. American Society Association physical status 2-3; 3. Aged 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe respiratory, central nervous system or hepatic disease; 2. Cardiac function worse than grade 3 or cardiac ejection fraction <40%; 3. Known family history of malignant hyperthermia; 4. Acid-base or electrolyte abnormalities; 5. Contraindication to inhalational anesthesia.
