Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)physical status I-II,aged18–65years, scheduled for nasal polypectomy and nasal septum correction; 2. All patients had no liver or kidney disease, no neuromuscular disorders, and no acid-base and electrolyte disorders. Histamine receptor agonists or antagonists, and drugs that are known to affect neuromuscular transmissionwere were not used preoperatively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor general condition; 2. With cardiovascular diseases and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Severe atherosclerosis; 4. Severe hepatorenal dysfunction; 5. Acid-base and electrolyte disorders; 6. Perioperative hemodynamic instability (the intraoperative blood loss was more than 800 ml); 7. A history of serious hypersensitivity to the drugs or food.
