Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group: 1. Children's body mass index was between 15 and 18; 2. Right handedness; 3. The children meet the diagnostic criteria of autism in DSM-IV, there are no neurological diseases, other organ associated diseases, other diseases that may affect brain function and structure, and no previous drug treatment history; 4. There are no abnormal in head routine MRI; Case group: 1. the body mass index of the children was between 15 and 18; 2. right handed, the children met the diagnostic criteria of autism in dsm-IV; 3. no neurological function disease, no other organ associated disease; 4. no other disease that may affect brain function and structure; 5. no previous drug treatment history; 6. no abnormal children were found in routine MRI of the head Child.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Control group: 1. Children with abnormal head MRI; 2. Children without right handedness; 3. Whose body mass index exceeds the average body mass index of this age group, that is, children with body mass index 18. Case group: 1. children with abnormal head MRI; 2. have neurological function disease, or other organ concomitant disease; 3. other diseases that may affect brain function and structure; 4. have a history of drug treatment.
