18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent; 2. Histopathological diagnosis of prostate cancer; 3. Metastasis confirmed by imaging or pathology (meet the RECIST standard); 4. An expected survive time is 6 months or more; 5. ECGO Score 0 or 1 (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group criteria); 6. There was no obvious abnormality in blood routine, coagulation, liver and renal function; 7. The patient had not received systematic androgen deprivation therapy before; 8. 66 / 642 panel gene detection via blood / blood + tumor tissue has been carried out in the past.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological diagnosis of neuroendocrine or small cell prostate cancer; 2. High blood pressure and poor drug control; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Abnormal coagulation function with bleeding tendency; 5. Being treated with thrombolysis or anticoagulation; 6. The liver and renal function are obviously abnormal, which leads to the intolerance of target therapy and chemotherapy; 7. Infection with HIV, or have other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or have a history of organ transplantation.
