Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With reference to the 1999 WHO Diabetes Diagnostic Criteria and the relevant criteria adopted at the 1995 National Fourth Cerebral Vascular Disease Conference, the diagnosis was acute cerebral infarction and diabetes, with the time from onset to hospitalization <= 24 h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot take care of themselves before the illness; 2. Patients with trauma, infection, autoimmune disease, malignant tumor; 3. Serious insufficiency of heart, liver, kidney and other organs. 4. With history of diseases affecting cognitive function; 5. With significant visual, auditory, language, or physical impairments.
