18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients diagnosed clinically or as a case of esophageal cancer and planning to undergo three-stage esophagectomy for esophageal cancer; 2. Generally good, KPS >= 70 points; 3. Aged 18-70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient does not agree to participate in the clinical study; 2. Any of the following conditions during the first 12 months of the study: myocardial infarction, severe / unstable angina pectoris, coronary artery bypass graft, congestive heart failure, cerebrovascular accidents (including transient ischemic attacks) Pulmonary embolism; Ongoing: Arrhythmia >= Grade 2 according to NCI-CTCAE criteria, QTc interval prolonged (> 450 ms for men > 470 ms for women); 3. Patients with other serious acute, chronic physical or mental illnesses or laboratory abnormalities that may increase the risks associated with participating in the treatment of the study, or may interfere with the interpretation of the results of the study or that the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment.
