Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. can complete the mobile phone text record, as well as oral communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are receiving glucolipid medication and lifestyle intervention in their community or other place of residence; 2. Those who do not have time to receive treatment regularly; 3. Patients who have received gastrointestinal, abdominal or bone and joint surgery within one year, or who are not suitable for energy-limited diet and physical exercise due to surgery, trauma, serious disease and other medical advice; 4. Serious cardiovascular, liver and kidney damage; 5. Have lost weight or fat in the past year in other health management institutions or hospitals; 6. Previous history of mental illness.
