Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. Case group: meeting the diagnostic criteria for rosacea under the global rosacea council system 2017; 3. Control group: non-rosacea patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of rosettes acne judged by the specialist; 4. There was no inflammatory reaction, pigmentation or scar on the subject's back; The test site was not directly exposed to the sun within the past 1 month;The test was conducted 2 weeks after oral prednisone withdrawal and 3 days after oral antihistamine withdrawal.Tetracycline antibiotics were discontinued for 2 weeks before the patch test.No other photosensitive drugs or immunosuppressants were taken for 6 months; 5. Had read and signed the informed consent before the study and fully understood the contents of the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and nursing women; 2. Patients who could not understand the questionnaire and had no behavioral control ability or could not guarantee follow-up; 3. Patients with lupus erythematosus and other serious medical diseases.
