Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 18 and 80 years; 2. Hospitalized patients 4 weeks after onset of cerebrovascular disease; 3. Unilateral involvement of first onset; 4. Stable vital signs; 5. No hearing or visual impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary cerebrovascular disease or progressive aggravation; 2. Before onset, there were upper limbs and hand injuries such as rheumatoid arthritis; 3. A pacemaker or other internal stimulator; 4. History of epilepsy within 2 year; 5. History of severe arrhythmia; 6. Subjects who refused to sign informed consent.
