Interventions

Group A:Patients in group A were given 0.075 mg of palonosetron and an equal amount of saline before induction
Group B:Patients in group B were given the same amount of saline and 1 mg droperidol before induction
Group C:Patients in group C were given 0.075 mg palonosetron and 1 mg droperidol before induction

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's ASA grade I- II, aged 18 to 65 years; 2. The patient knew all the contents of this study and volunteered to join; 3. Patients with a PONF risk factor of more than 2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of organic heart disease; 2. Combined electrolyte disorders before surgery; 3. Combined with arrhythmia or taking antiarrhythmic drugs one week before surgery; 4. Taking anti-nausea and vomiting medicine within one week before surgery.
