Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 25 years old; 2. it was in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of diabetic angiopathy or lower extremity angiopathy: 1) Routine examination: ECG and echocardiography can understand the cardiac function, and confirm whether there is coronary atherosclerosis leading to myocardial ischemia; 2) Color Doppler ultrasonography: it can show the local arterial lesions well. Such as the shape of lumen, atherosclerotic plaque, blood flow status, etc. CTA is the most accurate examination method, which can determine the location of artery calcification and show irregular calcification spots in abdominal aorta or lower extremity artery; 3. arteriography and digital subtraction angiography: not only can clearly show the shape of artery, but also can understand the size and length of calcified plaque in detail; 4. it has PTA operation indication of lower extremity vascular disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumor; 2. combined with serious gastrointestinal diseases (including peptic ulcer, hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, severe diarrhea, constipation, etc.); 3. serious cardiac insufficiency; 4. combined with various non diabetic nephropathy; 5. combined with infection, fever, rheumatic immune diseases in the near future; 6. life expectancy less than 12 months or other compliance that may lead to program non-compliance Complications; 7. aged > 85 years old; 8. uncooperative.
