Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-50 years old; 2. After 24-hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, screening according to the national guidelines for hypertension prevention and control in 2018. Night blood pressure: systolic blood pressure 160/120mmHg, diastolic blood pressure 70-100mmhg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure over 160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure over 100 mmHg; 2. Cardiac function over class III (NYHA); With unstable angina; acute myocardial infarction; malignant arrhythmia; 3. Severe renal insufficiency; 4. Severe respiration Road disease;respiratory failure; 5. Recent cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage; cerebral vascular accident with severe limb dyskinesia; 6. Tumor; 7. Blood system disease; 8. If the blood pressure rises sharply in the clinical experiment, more than 180 / 120mmhg, cerebrovascular accident, aggravation of cardiac and renal insufficiency, the experiment will be terminated immediately.
