Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is between 18 and 70 years old, both male and female. 2. Acute ischemic cerebral infarction (DWI imaging basis), onset time less than 72 hours. 3. Imaging group assessment included craniocerebral MRI for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cerebral infarction, and assessment of cerebral infarction patterns and subtypes. Craniocerebral MRI included T1+T2+FLAIR+DWI/ADC.Cranial MRA assesses blood vessels.CT of the upper abdomen assesses fat distribution. 4. The scale includes simple mental state examination scale (MMSE), Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA). 5. Laboratory examination: blood routine, liver function, kidney function, coagulation function, glycosylated hemoglobin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of cognitive impairment, anxiety and depression; 2. Non-vascular intracranial diseases (such as intracranial tumors, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 3. Patients with persistent confusion of consciousness, or persistent aphasia, or severe sensory disorders, dysarthria, etc., who could not cooperate to complete the scale evaluation; 4. Severe cardiac, liver or renal insufficiency, or severe organic disease, with a life expectancy of less than 1 year; 5. In patients with massive infarction (1/3 middle cerebral artery area), cognitive impairment after stroke was immediately caused.Lesions near the central thalamus, hippocampus, or medial frontal cortex are at risk for cognitive impairment.
