Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-60 years; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of anxiety disorder in DSM-V: a. excessive anxiety and worry (anxiety expectation) are generated for many time or activities in most time of at least 6 months, and it is difficult to control such worry. b. This kind of anxiety and worry is related to at least three of the following six symptoms: (1) fidgety or excited or nervous; (2) easy to get tired; (3) hard to focus or blank mind; (4) irritable; (5) muscle tension; (6) sleep disorder. c. Such anxiety, worry, or physical symptoms cause clinically significant pain, or damage to social, occupational, or other important functions. d. This disorder cannot be attributed to the physiological effects of a substance or physical illness. e. This disorder cannot be better explained by other psychiatric symptoms. 3. Neuropsychological assessment showed positive anxiety (14 <= HAMA <= 29) but no significant depression (HAMD-17 < 17); 4. Subjects were informed and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. He has a history of depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia; 2. Taking benzodiazepine receptor agonists; 3. There is a history of central nervous system diseases such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, encephalitis and craniocerebral operation; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. There was a history of transcranial magnetic stimulation; 6. Can't tolerate and cooperate with transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment and interrupt the treatment.
