Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who underwent thoracic, abdominal and spinal limb operations under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 60-85 years; 3. ASA II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Min-mental state examination scores less than 17; 2. Operation time less than 90 minutes; 3. The length of hospital stay less than 3 days after surgery; 4. Infusion albumin preoperative; 5. Preexisting neurological diseases (Parkinsons disease, Alzheimer's disease, preoperative delirium); 6. Missing data or loss to follow-up.
