Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Undergoing elective orthopedic surgery (relating to the joints, tendons and bones of the shoulder following unilateral upper limb surgery patients), aged 16 to 60, ASA grade I ~ III, body mass index (18 ~ 30 kg/m2), agree to accept PNB treatment, can understand and cooperate with the preoperative and postoperative supervision data acquisition, the patient and family close to the informed consent form and sign of clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Myocardial injury, cardiac block; 2) Abnormal liver, kidney and lung functions; 3) Gastrointestinal bleeding; 4) Menstruation, lactation women and pregnant women; 5) Hypermagnesemia; 6)Calcium channel blockers for chronic treatment; 7) Contraindications to nerve block (bleeding or coagulation abnormalities, local or systemic infection); 8) chronic pain history or a long history of using sedatives and analgesics; 9)Attending of the history of neuropsychiatric or neuromuscular diseases.
