65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal cancer should be given elected surgery , with no limitation of gender; 2. Aged 65-80 years; 3. General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia; 4. ASA I-II; 5. BMI 18.5-28 kg / m2; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes mellitus, thyroid dysfunction and other metabolic diseases; 2. Mental disorders, neurological diseases; 3. Other malignant tumor history, preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy history; 4. Previous digestive tract operation history, previous large-scale operation history; 5. Preoperative temperature rise, leukocyte count rise (such as recent fever, infection); 6. Cachexia (recent 1 month weight loss > 20%, albumin < 30g / L); 7. Patients with rheumatism or connective tissue disease; 8. Patients with multiple metastasis or other tumors at the terminal stage of tumor.
