Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-II, aged 18-75 years and weight was 45-100kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with bronchiectasis, bronchial abscess, unilateral lung infectious diseases, etc. who need absolute isolation of left and right lobes; (2) After communicating with the chest physician, the chest physician requires the use of double lumen tube; (3) Researchers think it is not suitable to participate in clinical trials.
