experimental group 1:TSH suppression was given after thermal ablation and TSH is suppressed to less than 0.1mU/L
control group:without TSH suppression after microwave ablation
experimental group 2:TSH suppression was given after thermal ablation and TSH is suppressed to 0.1-0.5mU/L

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma diagnosed by pathology; 2. Lesion diameter <= 1cm; 3. Patients received thermal ablation; 4. Subjects agree to participate in this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's preoperative examination showed abnormal thyroid function; 2. The patient had previous history of iodine and radioactive iodine treatment; 3. The patient had previous history of autoimmune thyroiditis and hypothyroidism; 4. The lesion invades the capsule; 5. Patients with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.
