Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfilling the criteria for AS (1984 Modified New York criteria ); 2. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 3. Drug treatment has been stable for the past 1 month; 4. ASDAS score is between 1.3 and 3.5; 5. Having smartphone with Android system; 6. Patients are able to follow the schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular diseases or those at high risk; 2. Patients with cervical vertebral bridges; 3. Patients who underwent surgery within the last 6 months; 4. Tumor necrosis factor inhibitors have been used in the last 3 months; 5. Patients have done regular exercise in the past 3 months (e.g., yoga, tai chi, baduanjin, etc., 3 /weeks or more frequently, 20 minutes/time or more); 6. Patients having received other technology-assisted self-management intervention preciously; 7. Patients having plan to travel abroad in the following 4 months; 8. Patients who are unable to receive regular exercise rehabilitation due to language impairment, difficulty in understanding, limited movements and other reasons.
