Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It met the diagnostic criteria of "guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2018", and was confirmed as ischemic stroke by head CT/MRI; 2. First onset of the patient, within 30 days; 3. Aged between 18 and 80; 4. The patient has clear consciousness and no obvious cognitive impairment; 5. The patient or his/her family has registered a WeChat account and has the ability to use WeChat for communication; 6. The patient or his/her family agrees to accept this study and cooperate with the collection of relevant information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral embolism; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction,hepatorenal dysfunction , serious malignant diseases (malignant tumors), pernicious anemia, etc.; 3. Participated in other clinical trials recently or unwilling to accept this study.
