18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients undergoing total minimally invasive Mckeown esophagectomy; 2) The function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other major organs is not contraindicated with pulmonary lobectomy 3) Aged 18-75 years; 4) Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Tumor invades peripheral organs 2) Extensive pleural adhesion 3) Not suitable for single lung ventilation 4) Lung surgery before 5) The psychological, family and social factors lead to the absence of informed consent 6) Other uncontrolled patients
